Welcome to Tynemouth Amateur Swimming Club
Tynemouth Amateur Swimming Club (TASC) is a Competitive Swimming Club with big ambition. Based at Tynemouth Swimming Pool, we offer a full learn to swim program from the age of 3 upwards, running through to our age performance swimming squads and Masters (aged 18+) swimmers. A competitive swimming club, TASC are regularly represented at county, regional and national level galas and in recent years have enjoyed great success in the Junior League. TASC has members of all ages who compete in the sport as well as many who simply swim for fun and fitness. We pride ourselves in our strong community feel within the club as well as the drive so many of our swimmers and coaches have for success - why not come and join us.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a major role in the ongoing revival of one of Northumberland and Durham's (N&D) big clubs as it strives towards a target of 15+ qualifiers for Summer Nationals over the next 5 years.
The successful applicant will take responsibility for an ambitious crop of age-group performance swimmers fresh from winning a significant medal haul at the N&D Championships and with serious medal expectations for the North East Regionals (NERs).
