Squads

The Club structure has 3 distinctive areas:

- Competitive Squads - the top squads in the Club who are training to compete at County, Regional & National level

- Development Squads - these squads concentrate on technique and stamina training

- Teaching Groups - swimmers start off in the small pool and progress through the ranks dependent on their ability and potential

There is also the Diddy Squad - the Club's team which competes in the N&D Junior League

Selection for any squad is subject to training and gala/time trial attendance; suitability for squad movement will be assessed by the coaches concerned where training and competition attendance, as well as ability & potential, will be discussed in full.
