08:10- 08:25: Female 13/Over
08:25- 08:40: Male 12/Under
08:40- 08:55: Male 13/Over

12:55- 13:10: Male 12/Under
13:10- 13:25: Male 13/Over + Female 15/Over
13:25- 13:40: Female 11/Under
13:40- 13:55: Female 12-14

07:55- 8:10: Male 13/Under
08:10- 08:25: Male + Female 14/Over

Some of our visiting clubs will be based around the learning pool and in the large changing rooms in the changing village. This is to maintain safe numbers on poolside. We appreciate that you are keen to cheer on teammates but would be very grateful if you could try not to crowd the competition pool area.
For the Friday evening session, swimmers will be admitted from 17:25, spectators from 17:35. For the morning sessions, swimmers will be admitted from 07:40, spectators from 08:00.
The charges for spectators are as follows (free entry for children <5 years old):
Friday session: £3.00
Single Saturday/Sunday session: £5.00
Full day: £8.00
Full weekend (excluding Friday): £14.00

There will be a coffee van parked outside the main entrance to the building on Saturday and Sunday.
NESS will be at Tynemouth on Saturday.
