This is an exciting opportunity to play a major role in the ongoing revival of one of Northumberland and Durham's (N&D) big clubs as it strives towards a target of 15+ qualifiers for Summer Nationals over the next 5 years. The successful applicant will take responsibility for an ambitious crop of age-group performance swimmers fresh from winning a significant medal haul at the N&D Championships and with serious medal expectations for the North East Regionals (NERs).
