Tynemouth swimmers headed south for the BOSSS Winter Swim Festival and came back with 50 gold medals, 43 silvers, 37 bronzes and 11 new club records, plus a number of new regional qualifying times.
Erin Jones won two golds, six silvers and a bronze in the 10-year-olds age group, with Ona Gallagher taking home two golds and a bronze.
Niamh Savory led the way for the 11-year-olds with a superb eight gold medals, setting five new club records on the way, while Jamie Beach also set a new club record in the 50m fly and won five golds plus a silver and a bronze.
Anna Carr (11) won two silvers and a bronze, while Jasper Hall (11) won three bronze medals.
In the 12 years age group, Katie Coventry was rewarded with three golds and two silvers for her efforts, while Jack Kelso won two golds and a silver, plus set a new club record in the 200m breast, and Katie Adams won a gold, two silvers and two bronzes.
For the 13-year-olds, Arianna Stokes secured three gold medals, two silvers and a bronze, Lauren Heppell won two golds, a silver and three bronzes, Emily Hedley won a gold, two silvers and two bronze, while Maddie Wilson broke the club record in the 200m breast on her way to a gold, two silvers and a bronze.
George Watson (13) won a gold, silver and bronze while Bethany Heron (13) and Matt Stewart (13) won a bronze apiece.
Fourteen-year-old Katie Stobbs won no less than five golds, while Kathryn Bell (14) took home three golds, five silvers and a bronze, Charlotte Payton (14) a silver and Lottie Christopher (14) a bronze.
Lucy Hedley led the way for the 15-year-olds with four golds and six silvers, setting three new club records in the process, while Amy Heron won three golds and a silver, Ella Took a gold, three silvers and five bronzes, and Jack Ashurst a gold, two silvers and a bronze.
Meanwhile, Daniel Morris (15) won a gold and two bronzes and James Hayes (15) two silvers and one bronze.
Milly Bradley (16) won a silver, Leonie Aldridge (16) took two bronzes and Luke Baker (16) a bronze.
Finally Harriet Lee (17) took home a gold medal and Erin Purdy (17) a bronze.
