Junior League Swim Offs January 2020

As with most years we are starting the Diddy season with a swim off, Time Trial allowing anyone eligible to compete the chance to swim and be timed allowing for us to selected the best possible team for the rounds and then to the final in early September.
This year the swim off will be Saturday 25th January, 4:00 – 5:30 PM at Tynemouth Pool. Swimmers will be asked to swim 25m of all 4 strokes and times will be added or updated into our diddy file ready for selecting teams. You can find more details here - diddy 2020.pdf
